机械力生物链内源性干细胞激活治疗勃起功能障碍的研究进展治疗ED的机械作用力低强度脉冲式超声(LIPUS):超声波作为一种机械振动的传播形式,可以连续在弹性介质中横向或纵向传播,且具有良好的方向性和较强的穿透力。超声波具有多种生物物理效应,包括热效应、机械效应和空化效应。
热效应是指超声波经过组织时,其机械能转化为热能,热能蓄积到一定程度就会产生生物学效应;空化效应则与冲击波的微气泡原理类似,超声波经过液体介质时会产生近乎真空的空穴,空穴崩渍时释放能量对周围组织细胞产生刺激;
作为一种机械振动,超声波穿过介质时不仅能引起介质温度升高,还能引起介质的机械动,同理,作用于人体细胞,也能使得细胞发生机械震动,而适当强度的机械运动能够引起细胞代谢的改变但不至于引起细胞的破碎。超声波按声波能量密度可分为高强度超声波(>3W/cm2)和低强度超声波(<3W/cm2)按超声波型分为连续性超声和脉冲式超声。
LIPUS作为低强度超声波以脉冲的方式输出能量,目前已被广泛用于康复医疗、缓解疼痛、骨折修复、慢性前列腺炎等领域。在临床和研究工作中,LIPUS的探头工作频率通常为1~3MHz,超声强度介于0.03-1.00W/cm2,脉冲比率为1:4(即200μs超声时问加上800μs问款时问形成一组循环)

energy pulsed ultrasound, the experimental group improved erectile 

function compared with the placebo treatment group, and the clinical 

effective rate of this group was 71%

 

 

There were no symptoms of bruising and ecchymosis at the treatment 

site, no symptoms of hematuria, and no adverse events in the laboratory

 examination indexes in the experimental group and the control group.
